A Semiseptcentennial Parade steps off Sunday, July 5, 1 p.m., in Norwich, featuring floats, bands, antique cars and dignitaries from all over the world. All Norwiches and Norwalks around the globe have been invited to partake in Norwich's 350th anniversary celebration.
