In Connecticut, we live in the midst of so much history.The Washington-Rochambeau Revolutionary (W3R) new National Historic Trail encompasses 600 miles of history, winding from Newport, Rhode Island, through Connecticut and eight other states to Yorktown, Virginia. The trail honors the Franco-American alliance and the efforts of Generals George Washington and Jean Baptiste de Rochambeau to win independence.
